| Posted: | | | | I dont see any chart graphics at all. Not on my Galaxy S3, not on my Nexus 7 or Galaxy Tab 10...
Is this working for you? Maybe a language problem or so?

| Posted: | | | | Hmm, strange. Everything is working fine. No problems with other apps. Do I need to have a specific framework or so?
And, like I said, not workign on any of my devices...

I see minor issues with Charts (you can move the Charts to infinity, four cardinal directions), but in general they work on my SG S3. | | | Don't confuse while the film is playing with when the film is played. | Posted: | | | | Are you downloading from the online or your PC? If your PC, try a rebuild of the DB and Clean Images Directory. Then, on your phone, update DB from PC. If that does not fix it, make a minor change to your PC DB and try another update. You will of course then have to change back whatever you changed before and update again.
Long and drawn out, but I had to do this myself for another reason. I plan on letting Ken know about the issues I am having, but not until I get them all together and find an official report Android problem thread, which I have not found yet. | | | Marty - Registered July 10, 2004, User since 2002. |

The charts are not that important, but it is odd that they are not working...

| Posted: | | | | Created a new DN, synced again - still no charts...
And this is happening to ALL my devices. So maybe a language problem?
Because having this issue on 3 different devices with 3 different Android versions, but all in Switzerland / with German language is kind of odd. No?

| Posted: | | | | It is strange to say the least. Based on the images you posted i would guess that the charts are showing fine but there is no data to display.
Have you tried a database repair or tried creating a DVD Profiler Online database? Do you get the same results? If a DVD Profiler Online database works fine then the issue may be tied/related to your local PC database.
I would presume there are other members with the same locality/language as you who can confirm whether or not they can replicate the issue you're seeing. Since you're having the issue on three different devices I would think the issue isn't device related. | | | Last edited: by rdodolak |

| Posted: | | | | OK, I just noticed something odd on my WinPC version, which might be related: looking at a movie and clicking on an actor is displaying an EMPTY set of other movies with that actor - even if there are other movies.
So, something must be wrong with my data records.
Any idea, how I might rebuild / update on my PC, without adding all 1'800 movies again??

| Posted: | | | | I actually DO repair my DBs just as a maintenance every week or so.
Other ideas? Export / import? Uninstall and fresh install?

| Posted: | | | | Try making a backup of your collection and then restore the backup to a new database. |
