| Posted: | | | | Nice. Sadly it doesn't look like I'll be able to run this version. When attempting to launch the application the below error is displayed. Quote: Critical Error! Unable to initialize the WebView control because the system is running a version of Windows that doesn't support this control. The WebView control runs only on Windows 10 April 2018 Update or later.
A log file was created under "C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Temp\CastCrewEdit2Crash.xml". Please send it to [email protected]. I'm still on Windows 7 and have no plans to migrate to Windows 10 as I run a number or legacy applications that aren't Windows 10 friendly. Thanks for the update though. People will surely enjoy it! | | | My DVD/Blu-ray Collection | | | Last edited: by Lowpro |

| Posted: | | | | Well that will not do! I'll create a switch based on the Windows version. Will have to reactivate the old code. | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

| Posted: | | | | Hi DJ. Do you still have a URL for the version prior to switching to the WebView control? I foolishly overwrote the zip files I downloaded earlier today. | | | My DVD/Blu-ray Collection | | | Last edited: by Lowpro |

I'll create a switch based on the Windows version. Will have to reactivate the old code. That would be awesome. Thanks in advance! | | | My DVD/Blu-ray Collection |

| Posted: | | | | The new version (2.1.5.2) seems to have a bug: No matter if I only update or completely replace the former version, every time I start the new one, it tells me that it is 2.1.5.1 - either the version doesn't recognize itself or I downloaded an old version altough I wanted the new? Just confusing.... But it seems to be the new one as all the problems I had before are gone |

Tested under both Windows 7 and Windows 10. (Installed VirtualBox/Windows 10 yesterday.) It still works under Windows 7 while providing the new WebView control if on Windows 10 for the improved browser tab experience. | | | My DVD/Blu-ray Collection | | | Last edited: by Lowpro |

| Posted: | | | | Hello DJ, I have big problems with 2.1.5.2. I already have to start it as admin, but after starting it won't appear. I can see it in task manager, but I don't get a window. It's Win10. Do you have an idea? |

| Posted: | | | | Just recognized another confusing change: In the former version(s) when I entered the German Movie Title, the App found the movie. Now it doesn't! But if I enter the original title, my result then IS the GERMAN title... that's kind of confusing |

Perhaps the application is opening off-screen. If it is opening off-screen try selecting it down on your Taskbar, then holding your Windows key down, then pressing your left/right cursor keys a couple times in one direction or the other. | | | My DVD/Blu-ray Collection |
