Well the US actor used in the justification in the BY thread has a common name of James Bell.  So yeah that justification leads to the BY being invalid.

However Sebastien wasn't listing invalid BY's in his post that you refer to, he was listing accepted BY's where he could not find the documentation in the thread.  That in itself does not make them invalid.



One of the problems is it still might be valid because it has been discovered there are two CLT titles that do not appear on his personal web site.  But no one has conclusively determined if he or someone else is in them.  I think that needs to be determined first.  If those titles od not belong to him, then the BY is needed. 

But IMO until that is done and he is removed from the front page it should stay on the invalid list.

I checked for a little while on the web - York HS, Elmhurst IL. pages and IL. Births for 1962/63 but haven't found anything yet.
