| Posted: | | | | It has probably been up before, but I couldn't find any topics on it.
I've started to have some problems with adding some titles.
The latest was Das Fünfte Element (The Fifth Element) on 4K. I typed in the barcode (889854835996), and nothing came up, so I decided to add it manually and then submit the profile for approval. Turns out it was already approved 1½ year ago. Same day I added 3 other titles with no problems.
Then I tried to type in the title to see if it would show up, so I could add it. No luck there either.
I've checked my settings, but can't find anything I can put my finger on that would be a problem.
I run the desktop version on Win10, and Profiler is Version 4.0.0 Build 1762 |

| Posted: | | | | I uninstalled the profiler and re-installed. Now I can find it. I think it was something about it not refreshing the online list. I don't know if I could have sorted it out any other way than un- and re-install |

You'll find them at C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\DVD Profiler | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar |

Are you implying that sometimes "Online>Refresh Online Profile List ..." on the main page of Profiler doesn't work? That's what I have used on occasion. | | | Thanks for your support. It doesn't happen often, but those files can become corrupt in a way that ”Refresh Online Profile List” doesn't fix. I have seen that happen. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar |
