| Posted: | | | | I have a collection of 961 films on Invelos that I've been building for a good many years. Somehow I can suddenly no longer visibly see my Online Collection. It all appears fine on my computer. I'm running Windows 11 on a well functioning clean computer. My firewall and other settings seem fine and I've made no changes to my computer. I've repeatedly cleaned cookies too. Just all of a sudden I can't view my OnLine Collection. I've redownloaded the software, tried the database repair tool and pretty much everything I can think of to do. Can anybody please help me? |

| Posted: | | | | LOL! I've only been a member for the same 16 years as you . . . Yes, naturally I've tried that repeatedly. Nothing appears unless you upload it to appear The site confirms the total number of films I have. They just no longer appear. |

| Posted: | | | | I don't think you're the first to mention your online collection being blank. Have you tried reuploading and does it remain blank?
Edit: something is broken with the site. My online collection shows up fine, but when I select the all button nothing shows up.
Are you using custom categories? | | | Last edited: by rdodolak |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks for the kind response. I'm glad I'm NOT the only one who has experienced this issue. Yes, I have repeatedly tried uploading and it remains blank. If you are experiencing NOTHING showing up for the ALL collection option . . . then something is definitely broken with the site. Hopefully, those in charge of the coding can address it. The categories I'm using is 4K, BluRay and Standard. None of them show up. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Again, I thank you for assisting |

| Posted: | | | | If I understand correctly, you have nothing under the Owned category? If so, what happens if you move a title to Owned and then upload. Does that title then show up online? |

| Posted: | | | | If you want to keep your custom categories, try editing your collection categories and selecting "include contents in owned collection" for each custom category. See if that works too. |
