| Posted: | | | | Had you a backup file or have you still your collection on your computer? If yes, you can use it with a newer version of dvdprofiler to restore your data.
If not, you just need your old password to access to your old collection on line, then upload it , make a backup file, and use it with new version.
If you can't remember your old password, you could contact Ken and ask him if he can restore one for you. |

| Posted: | | | | If you know your old username "evilgoblin66" have you tried to retrieve your password viy "Forgot Password?"
Then download DVD Porfiler 2.4 from here: http://legacy.intervocative.com/Downloads.aspx
Open it, Choose Online->DVD Profiler Online->Download.
When you're done. Backup the collection (via the File menu). Close DVDP 2. Open DVDP 3.5.1 and restore the Collection.
Did you pay for DVDP 2? If so, you can transfer the account using this link: http://www.invelos.com/Login.aspx?bykey=true | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

| Posted: | | | | Have you tried "Refresh All Images"? Go to "Online" > "Refresh All Images".
If that doesn't work, try "Database Repair". "Tools" > "Options" > "Utilities" > "Repair Profile Database".
Good Luck and welcome back! |

| Posted: | | | | I would recommend removing your old email address from your post, as it may provoke a lot of spam. |

| Posted: | | | | once again, thanks for the help
i have some more questions if people could help me out it would be cool. it's more "bonus" stuff , the most important things are working out very well :-)
- when i look at the statistics for the year the movie was made i have the diagrams, on the right of that i have a column with the years and amount of movies from that year. i can't get all the years (only until 1979) and can't scroll down. any idea if i could get the column completely? to be clear i would also have the column with 1980 x movies, 1981 x movies etc.
- since i didn't use dvdprofiler anymore for like 2,5 years i had to input lot's and lot's of movies the last couple of days. in my statistics these are all with the 2010 purchases. is there a way to select movies in the list for example from 1600-2300 and put them with the items purchased in 2008? it's not that important but makes keeping statistics easier
if it's to much work to explain, don't bother, i am already very happy with the important help :-) | | | Last edited: by warp232 |
