I downloaded the new DVD Profiler but I am unable to run the program. When I click the DVD profiler icon the "Updating database... & Overall" fill-up lines never progress. It just sits there forever and when I hit cancel it takes forever to close. I have to "End the task" and then it still takes a long time to close.

The next time I try and log on i get the following message:

Selective Startup
DVD Profiler was unable to complete startup when last run, stopping at Setting up layout.
Selective  Srartup option allow diagnosis of errors or other problems starting DVD Profiler.

If I choose "Normal Start-up" same problem. When I select Diagnostic Startup same problem too. I'm not sure which to check or uncheck though. Please help!
