Looks like I may have to scrap my current DVDP Android database.  I deleted one title and had DPO redownload that title which was purchased at Walmart.  During the resync it created the Walmart retailer but no other retailers such as BestBuy, Amazon, etc.

So it appears if the profile has already been downloaded to the device it won't retroactively download the retailers list.
