| Posted: | | | | I think this would be a great way to use my local without having to do the share thing, rather than the online. | | | Marty - Registered July 10, 2004, User since 2002. |

| Posted: | | | | Yes, I like this idea as well and it could be a fast and easier way to sync your collection for the first time. |

| Posted: | | | | If it's not possible to update the database via USB, it would be at least appreciated to have the possibility of creating an export file from DVD profiler what can be imported into the Android application. I have currently the problem that the Android app crashes after the import of about 1.000 profiles, what took about 1-1,5 hours! Just starting the 3. attempt. If I'm lucky my online collection will be imported in 5-6 hours... | | | Thorsten |

| Posted: | | | | I know other Android apps are able to update through USB so it's at least feasible with Android. |

I would even like it if its just an export file than we can then transfer to our devices. my 1000 dvds takes a while over wifi |

This is/was possible with the Windows mobile version of the profiler. Why not with Android? I agree with you. |

| Posted: | | | | Yes I think it could be a system of export into an archive file and copy it on the device and import it in the application. I have some applications that are based on this system. Maybe we could have it. | | | Regards Cyrille |

| Posted: | | | | This option is essential for me. We live in the middle of nowhere and our internet connection fluctuates throughout the day and is rarely more than 3 out of 5 bars. Downloading any large file takes forever and frequently crashes.
I can't afford the app for a couple of weeks - now I know this I'm not so annoyed about that. |

| Posted: | | | | I would also like to add my name to this request. It would certainly be faster on some of these monster databases to transfer via USB.
Regardless, I LOVE THE PROGRAM... err, APP! | | | Michael |
