http://invelos.com/Forums.aspx?task=viewtopic&topicID=725452&PageNum=1 It may be phone dependant. Not an issue on my Droid Incredible 2. (DVD Profiler-Android 1.1.0 Bld 39) |

(DVD Profiler-Android 1.1.0 Bld 39) I believe this might have something to do with KitKat. My Nexus 5 came with 4.4.2 and has been upgraded to 4.4.3 and 4.4.4. The files are for some reasons placed in the wrong folders. I have no problem on my Asus Transformer Infinity on 4.2.1. |

http://invelos.com/Forums.aspx?task=viewtopic&topicID=725452&PageNum=1 I cannot confirm this, with build 39. I created a new database on the external card and synced with DVD Profiler for PC: all images are stored in the sub folders and are displayed correctly. | Posted: | | | | The Nexus 5 has no external storage card slot so the database has to be stored internally. This is still an issue with B39.
It's also important to note I'm syncing with the online database and NOT the desktop. | | | Last edited: by rdodolak |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks Ken. I was just about ready to post additional information to help troubleshoot the issue. Funny thing is that I can choose both Internal Storage or External Media Card and each option appears to store the files in a different location. For example, if I choose Internal Storage then I can't view the files from a file explorer on the Nexus 5. However, if I connect the phone to the PC then those files are visible in the following directory structure: Computer/Nexus 5/Internal storage/Invelos/ If I choose the External Media Card option then those files are visible on the Nexus 5 when using a file explorer program and the files are stored in the following location: /storage/sdcard0/Android/data/com.invelos.dvdprofiler/files/LocalData_0 or the emulated location of: /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.invelos.dvdprofiler/files/LocalData_0 however these files aren't visible when the Nexus 5 is connected to a PC. |

| Posted: | | | | I see what you did. Browsing on my Asus Transformer Infinity with Android 4.2.1, I noticed build 40 added the newer folder structure (i.e. 01, 02, 03, ..., 88, etc.). All existing images remain under the top level ../Images/ subfolder. However, once you view the cover art for a given profile then those images are then moved to the new folder location.
For example, an existing database would have the images for the Stargate: Ultimate Edition DVD (0-12236-12570-9) stored under:
.../DVD Profiler/LocalData_0/Images/012236125709f.jpg .../DVD Profiler/LocalData_0/Images/012236125709b.jpg
After viewing the images from the profile in the app the images are moved from this location to the new folder location of:
.../DVD Profiler/LocalData_0/Images/01/012236125709f.jpg .../DVD Profiler/LocalData_0/Images/01/012236125709b.jpg | | | Last edited: by rdodolak |
